Structure
At the beginning of this Season there will be 2 Groups of 11 Teams, a Group A and a Group B. The teams in each Group will play each other once only to complete the First Phase of matches. At the end of this First Phase the top 5 Teams from each Group plus the best 6th Place will then form Division 1 and the bottom 5 Teams from each Group plus the other 6th Place will then form Division 2. The Teams in each Division will then play each other twice ( 1 Home match and 1 Away match ) to decide the final placings. At the end of the Season there will be 3 Teams promoted from Division 2 and 3 Teams relegated from Division 1.
Yellow Cards will be issued by the referee for the following violations :
Any challenges with high feet will be carded, and by high we mean anything more than knee height.
Leaving or entering the field of play for substitutions without the referees permission.
Entering the field of play without wearing shin-pads.
Entering the field of play with articles such as water bottles, food etc.
Entering the field of play with rings, chains, bracelets, piercings etc. They must be removed or taped up.
Moaning and complaining ( even slightly ) to the referee will result in a very cheap yellow card.
Once a player has received 5 Yellow Cards he will automatically be suspended for 1 Game.
Red Cards will be issued by the referee for the following violations :
If a Goalkeeper is given a straight Red Card he will not receive a suspension unless the Card was for aggression or verbal abuse.
If the Card is for a push on an opponent then the player will be suspended for 1 Game only.
A straight red card for any other offence will carry a 3 match suspension.
Once a player has received 3 Red Cards he will automatically be suspended for 1 Game.
If the Card is for aggression towards an opponent or abuse to the referee then the player will normally be suspended for 4 Games for a first offence and then up to 10 Games for a second offence.
In cases of extreme violence then the suspension will be considerable, anywhere from 12 Games to being banned for the entire Season or more.
Abandoned Games
If a Team is unable to field enough players to start a Game they will automatically lose that Game 3-0. If they do that a second time they will lose that Game 3-0 and will also be deducted 3 points.
If a Team is unable to complete a Game due to not having at least 7 players left on the pitch then they will automatically lose that Game 3-0.
Changing Teams
At the end of the first phase in December, players are able to change Teams as long as all 3 parties agree. Players are also allowed to change Teams during the month of January but in order to do this they must obtain a signed release form from their previous Team.
